Felt like having delicious pancakes for breakfast, and so that’s what I made! Didn’t do anything special, just followed Martha Stewart’s Best Buttermilk Pancakes to a tee. As always, the key to pancakes is to make sure you don’t overmix it. Just pour the lumpy batter into your pan – they’ll work themselves out and become fluffy and delicious.
Once the bubbles start popping is the perfect time to flip it!
Topped off with maple syrup and butter! Yum!
